Can’t consume any corpses and I’ve killed over 20 enemies. did they even test this stuff?

I’m having this problem too; he appears and reappears randomly despite me being in the indicated quest area and sometimes he consumes but it doesn’t grant me credit =/

It seems that you need to get the killing blow for it to count. I think if your companion from “You and what army” gets the kill then you don’t get credit.
Not 100% certain though.

You also need to dismiss your pets if you’re a pet class. Worked for me once they were dismissed.

Wasn’t bugged for me today. Can’t remember if I had my pets out or not for that quest.
Kevin was displaying either extremely exacting or picky eating habits, or really counting his calories because he would not consume all the victims of my amazingly righteous assaults.
