Some Winter Veil Achievements are impossible

As I said, “In fact, the bomb them again quest in ogri’la has been buggy since TBC.” And those bug reports are not from the retail forms.

Skyguard Bombs "You can't use that here."

EDIT to include a Workaround (thanks @Eloreal): The Ogril’a quest [Bombing Run] cannot be completed. The [Skyguard Bombs] give the error message “You can’t use that here.” even when the player is in Forge Camp Terror or Wrath, in range of the stacks of cannonballs.

Ogri'la Quest - bombs don't work

I’m not sure if I’m doing something wrong, but I can not complete the ogri’la bombing quest. It tells me “You can’t use that here” when I’m trying to bomb an ammunition stack (while flying). Also the fel cannons don’t target me, it is as if the game doesn’t recognize that I’m flying. Any suggestions? Thanks.

Again, that quest has always been buggy, and yes I had to do the work around last year. But w/e.
