then how do rated bgs pop? if everyone with ranked conquest gear(and similar ilvl pve gear) was put into a higher bracket then the super cool “im glad on my main and have 5 hours a day to dedicate to wow” kids would only be fighting eachother.

Doggy. This game is a joke. They killed lower brackets to make the end game Token worthy. BTW GMT happens to the devs too. One. It is all real. Everything.
