Some Rogue Ideas: Feint, Crimson Vial, Poisons, Slice and Dice

Feint

  • Remove Vanish
  • Remove Shadow Dance
  • Rework Feint: Perform a maneuver which misdirects your opponents, granting you the use of your stealth abilities for the next 6 seconds. Using Feint again during this period of time will instead cause you to vanish from sight and grant you Stealth. 18 sec recharge, 2 charges, no energy cost.
  • Rework Tricks of the Trade: Any threat you generate during Feint is redirected to nearby party or raid members, preferring those with a tank specialization.
  • Rework So Tricky: The effects of Tricks of the Trade persist indefinitely.
  • Rework Graceful Guile: You take 30% reduced damage from area of effect attacks while Feint or Stealth is active, and area of effect damage has a 30% chance not to break you out of Stealth.
  • Rework Soothing Darkness: You heal for 1% of your maximum health every second that Feint is active.
  • Rework Without a Trace: Feint no longer consumes a charge when used to transition you into Stealth.
  • Rework various talents throughout the Subtlety tree associated with Vanish, Shadow Dance, or Feint, aiming to balance their benefits in accordance with Feint’s uptime.

Crimson Vial

  • Rework Crimson Vial: *Drink an alchemical concoction that heals you for 20% of your maximum health over 4 sec. 30 sec cooldown, no energy cost.
  • Rework Nimble Fingers: Crimson Vial can be thrown to an ally within 40 yards, granting them its benefits. Additionally, Pick Pocket grants you a stack of Unusual Concoction, which increases the potency of your next Crimson Vial and grants it a chance to provide a random beneficial effect. Stacks up to 10 times.

Poisons

  • Rework Master Poisoner: You improve the potency of your non-lethal poison effects. Crippling Poison: Reduces movement speed by 70%. Numbing Poison: Reduces attack speed by 20% and casting speed by 30%. Atrophic Poison: Reduces damage dealt by 4%. Wound Poison: Stacks an additional 2 times.
  • Rework Superior Mixture: You may throw Crimson Vial at a target enemy within 40 yards. This Crimson Vial is heavily compromised, immediately applying all of your known non-lethal poison effects at their maximum efficiency. Crimson Vial refunds half of its cooldown when used in this way.
  • Reposition the Dragon Tempered Blades talent to be located just under Deathmark.
  • Rework Dragon Tempered Blades: All of your known lethal and non-lethal weapon poisons are always applied to your equipped weapons, and you no longer need to manually apply any of them.
  • Adjust damage output of lethal weapon poisons as needed.

Slice and Dice

  • Rework Slice and Dice: Your attack speed is increased by up to 100% based on your missing Energy, and your auto attacks restore 1 Energy, doubling on a critical strike. Excess unusable Combo Points you generate instead restore 10 Energy.

So literally rework the entire class you mean? Too late in the beta-cycle for that.

All of these ideas are bad.
