I just reactivated after taking a break for a year or so and most, but not all of my characters are missing. Seems like all the ones that were over a certain level threshold, but my low level characters are still available. I tried logging out and restarting my computer, but beyond that I’m stumped.
Edit: To be clear, this is after buying Shadowlands and reactivating my subscription.
