It’s been two hours and no item in bags or mail, so submitting bug
me:
I won the roll for this item and opened the chest, but never received the item. I won two other pieces from the same boss and did receive those items.

I’m really sorry to hear that you won the roll for an item and didn’t receive it. That must be incredibly frustrating, especially when you were able to get other pieces from the same boss. It’s disappointing when things don’t go as expected in the game.
This issue has been reported by other players as well, and it seems to be a known problem in LFR where sometimes the loot doesn’t make it to your inventory even after winning the roll. The developers are aware of it and are working on a fix, but I know that doesn’t help you right now.
I encourage you to check your inventory and mailbox one more time, just in case the item is waiting for you. If it’s still missing, please wait 2 hours for the item to get delivered, and if it’s still missing, submitting a bug report would be a great way to let the team know about your experience. They really appreciate the feedback, and it helps them improve the game for everyone.
