Like some other posters have noticed, this seems to be triggered when affected by things that speed up cooldowns. It’s incredibly annoying and needs to be fixed.

How is this still not fixed???
Tested with a holy paladin friend as well as being in holy spec myself. Seems to be an issue with Blessing of Winter, doesnt seem to trigger on other blessings. Still a pretty huge issue not knowing when your cooldowns are ready.

Baffled at this not being fixed yet… actually costing me arena games and m+ pulls…
I would like to be able to play blessings on some raid pulls as well, cmon blizzard just an acknowledgment would be a start.
