So Reck, Avatar and Roar are all on 1.5min CD. Couldn’t I just pop them all together in a macro and make life easier? Or is that not efficient for some reason?
You can definitely pop them into a macro, but youll want to make sure you get enraged before you pop it.
It’s not going to be 100% optimal but it’s close enough really.
To be optimal you want to use Reck first before you charge to get the extra rage generation from the charge, then youll proc enrage and cast Avatar then roar immediately after.
I think this wastes some rage as you usually have enough to rampage after reck>charge. If you have the new 4pc, it should look something like reck > charge >rampage > OF > BB > rampage > BB > Rampage > BB > Avatar/Roar macro >> BB > Rampage… repeat for remaining enhanced BBs. You cast OF before Avatar and clear the critBath procs to get OF of cooldown faster.
For multitarget its the same but throw WW in there before the attacks?
Yup. I think for opener you can actually WW after pressing charge and the end of the animation should hit and give 4 stacks. Then proceed as normal. If you want the in depth info and just warrior advice in general, I recommend joining the Skyhold discord. Link should be posted on wowhead or found with a quick search on the internet.
This has been very helpful thanks everyone
Optimal ST opener is:
Recklessness → Charge → Rampage
Odyn’s Fury
Burn 3x Bloodbath charges whilst Enraged
Let Dancing Blades fall off.
Avatar/Thunderous Roar → 3x Bloodbath whilst Enraged
Normal rotation/prio after.
You can be lazy and go full send with macros. You really lose out on double OF DoT and double Dancing Blades, but they changed it so that you can pool all 6 Bloodbath charges.
You actually don’t care that much about dancing blades on opener.
You want to make sure you have Avatar buff up for the big BB or keep OF dot up.
Ideal Opener goes more like this
Reck → Charge → Rampage → OF → Spear(InPure ST) → BB → Rampage → BB → Off GCD Avatar → Rampage → BB → Rampage → BB → Rampage → BB → Rampage → BB
