I don’t think people should be able to use a bunch of their own characters to flag posts to get them hidden. Obviously if a mod thinks a flagged post should be removed, remove it. But people using 10 characters on their account to flag posts should face some form of punishment for abusing the system.
Or fix the forum software so it’s not possible to do that. Similar to how you can like your own posts with all your characters. It’s strange the forum software lets you even do that.
