I don’t really have anything particularly bad to point out about the changes, but there are a few requests i would have:
1: I would like for windfury to proc with lava lash
2: I would like for elemental blast to interact with everything that bolt does, yes, even static accumulation
3: I would like for supercharge to guarantee a 3 msw refund when you use tempest, and supercharge back to 3 for bolt, chain and also ele blast.
4: I would like to see no 2 talent nodes and more talents instead
5: I want to see the msw generation gap between pwave and ascendance to be at least somewhat closed.
6: I would like to see hailstorm stacks to be higher, so you have a big nuke button, we simply spend more msw than before, which is good, as it feels really nice, but frost damage has been left in the dust because of it. You might also want to increase the msw gen of hailstorm, from 2 to 10 stacks 1 msw, 11 to 20, 2 msw stacks.
7: unlimited power changed to 0.5% haste for each msw spent for 10 or 15 seconds, whatever is balanced.
8: Legacy of the frost witch should make your next stormstrike deal magic damage, it could be stormstrike damage, or froststorm damage would probably be more appropriate in this case.
And that’s pretty much it, maybe ill add something later if it comes to mind.
