So last night, I started experiencing an issue where suddenly i wasnt able to interact with an NPC, or use any abilities, or even log out or exit the game without Alt-F4. Doing so would lock me out of getting back onto my character for at least 15 minutes, sometimes longer.
And it keeps happening. Some details

Everything seems to work fine until I try turning in a quest. This seems to be what triggers the problem. The quest window comes up with the button to complete it, but its unresponsive. From this point, nothing works. I can see NPCs moving around, I can see other players moving around. But all Im able to do is move. No abilties, mounts, pets, or even /say chat works. Guild chat works.

I clicked on a friend in the social menu and invited them to my party. No party frames showed up. Nothing telling me that I had joined a party. But suddenly I saw them talk to me in party chat. I tried to talk back, and the chat said “You arent in a party”

If I had to guess, the quest state for my character is getting out of sync with the server, and trying to turn in a quest that my client sees as complete, isnt syncing with whatever state the server believes for my character. This sets off all of the problems.

Logging back in, and trying to turn in the quest again, starts the problem over again.

Logging back in, abandoning the quest(s), logging out. Logging BACK in, taking the quests again, doing them, and then trying to turn them in is often successful… until the bug happens again with a future quest turn in.

After a handful of successful quest turn ins, I will encounter a new completed quest that causes the problem again.
Hopefully these details can help the devs narrow down what is causing this issue.
