I bought my mount soon’s I got around to it, but I will still happily use Cheetah in places where the mount is not allowed.

Just for clarification:
Cat form: base speed
Feline swiftness: 2 pt talent that increases cat form speed by 30%
Travel form (often called cheetah, same thing): 40% run speed, no additional bonuses.
My druid is 44 and so far haven’t missed my mount. Miss it terribly on my warrior 
Don’t Taurens have that Running Wild racial mount? They get on fours and run wild.
It’s a good way to save money. People exaggerate how badly they need a mount exactly at level 40 but really the game is pretty balanced on that.
Mages also got teleport/portals/Blink to get around faster, Rogues can sprint every 5 minutes. Warriors and priests are honestly the only ones that desperately need a mount.

When druids get the pvp set they will go 55% in travel form. Will take like 35-40 seconds for a reg mount to catch them since mounts have a 3 sec cast
He means plains striding, after runing a few seconds they would increase their speed to that of a mount’s. That went away and Kodos became a thing.
