I’m not joking. Apparently you can change class spells via a new rune system where you attach runes to your gear to alter spells. THEY LITERALLY ADDED RETAIL SPELLS INTO CLASSIC. LUL.

They do “vanilla +” with additional dungeons, raids, and class changes… I’ve been putting off trying it because of class changes (not a fan) , but not sure I have a choice anymore… This Blizzcon is just showing me that blizz is keeping consistent with their recent track record of terrible, game destroying decisions.
Plenty will play it though. People just can’t resist putting their finger in every pie.
You have to understand regardless of what they did, a large group of people will disagree with whatever they decide to do.
Some wanted 60 cap, some wanted 70, etc etc

It’s not permanent level 25 cap. They are capping progression to force you to try the new content they shoved in.
It’s probably still 60 cap.
They raise it from 25 after a few months to a new level and so on until 60.
For now… are you hears unable to listen? Or is your brain incapable of comprehension.
It will go up over time, so in a way a patch system that acts sort of like a mini expansion.
