Upon leaving the Maw and entering Oribos, I initially chose to follow the campaign. I immediately changed my mind and swapped to Threads of Fate. After choosing my covenant, I selected “Bolstering Bastion” and flew to Hero’s Rest. I received and completed the WQ to assist with 5 chores and then opened my map to find the next WQ only to find WQs are not visible on the map. I checked the magnifying glass and all quest-related filters are selected as showing. I next disabled all addons and reloaded my UI to no avail. I double-checked my other characters and am able to see WQs with and without addons enabled. Following reset, today, I checked the impacted character again and the issue persists - WQs are not visible on the map; however they are acceptable and able to be completed.
Edit: After several days of trying to figure this out, I decided to level via bonus objectives, which are visible on the map (as are side quests). As soon as I dinged 50, WQs were visible on the map. So I guess this is less of a bug and more of a lapse in communication. One can enter SL content pre-level 50, select Threads of Fate, and DO WQs, but you can’t see them on the map… There also seems to be an issue whereby rare NPCs don’t count toward your “Aiding X zone” progress until you hit level 50.
