Edit: solved. Hover-over UI shows that housing exp stops after 1000 per home.
Endeavor tasks stopped rewarding housing exp today. Coupons still work. I tested with multiple endeavors, including ones I had only completed once before (so diminishing returns aren’t impacted, plus only a single task should be zero house exp for me at this time based on the UI).
I had changed my active endeavor to my horde neighborhood, then switched it back to alliance before this bug first occurred. The horde house is still able to gain exp when setting that back as active endeavor, and doing those separate tasks.
Do you know how much house XP you’ve earned since your neighborhood started the endeavor? I’m fairly certain there is a weekly cap for personal XP gain, as I’ve earned roughly 1000 which is a number Blizzard would be likely to pick when applying an arbitrary time-gated cap.
I have gained roughly 1000 housing exp on the ally house. That would make sense. Do you know if there’s any official communication or if that shows in the in-game UI anywhere?
There is nothing official about this anywhere I’ve seen. The UI also doesn’t directly indicate it; only indirectly by virtue of the XP being removed from task descriptions.
Oh–you got it, I missed it being absent in the UI rewards (was just looking at the green number for housing exp) on the right side, which doesn’t correctly update at cap). I suppose the green number is endeavor progress, which just happens to match house exp?

Yeah, the green number listed on the endeavor page itself is the progress it contributes to the neighborhood and doesn’t always match what the player gets. For example, one of the tasks I completed last night awarded 75 house XP but only listed 40 progress for the endeavor.

Where are you hovering over to see the 1000xp cap per house?
I don’t think that specifically is called out, however when you hover over rewards, the Housing Exp reward no longer shows (only community coupons) once you’re past 1000.
Would be nice if this were mentioned/explained in game instead of the community having to craft theories and make guesses.
