[SOLVED] In game shop stuck at "Loading Please Wait"

…and I reckon I’ve tried just about everything:

  1. Reset the UI (deleted Cache, WTF and Interface folders).
  2. Deleted the Utils folder.
  3. Confirmed AVG Firewall is permitting the traffic. (Wow has open slather to send/receive at the moment on all ports).
  4. Confirmed by broadband modem is permitting the traffic. (Wow has open slather to send/receive at the moment on all ports).
  5. Disabled every single program automatically starting up, rebooted PC, still no go (this also meant that AVG wasn’t running at all during this attempt).
  6. Confirmed no parental controls are active.
  7. Updated video drivers.
  8. Ran virus scan. No malware found.
  9. Removed launcher (including battlenet directory manual removal) and reinstalled.
  10. Ran Wow.exe as administrator.
  11. Ran launcher as administrator.
  12. Left screen open for 10 minutes to see if it were just incredibly slow.
  13. Confirmed no programs by Razer are installed/running.

This is all on a brand new Battlenet and Wow account just made today, and to be honest, if I can’t get this store working, I need to get a refund, cause use of the shop was part of my plan in playing Wow Shadowlands.

Edit: The following day, with no further changes made by me, the shop started working. Maybe some undisclosed “time out” for new accounts? Anyway, it’s working now.
