Here is what I’ve written to GMs for help with this problem. They’ve been absolutely zero help, so I’m hoping I can get some help here. It’s a shot in the dark. Otherwise, this entire quest chain is impossible for me, and it’s due to the Deathwing interaction in Uldum. The first GM gives me coordinates for an NPC, but not the zone. The second GM states they can’t provide hints. This is beyond ridiculous.
beginning of issue support ticket
I was ported to complete Elemental Bonds: Doubt by protecting Thrall. I was ported to the quest automatically, which took to me to Uldam next to the Thrown of the Four Winds. But I was ported directly into a Deathwing fire event, which killed myself and the quest NPC who was helping with the quest roleplay. The quest bugged, and I tried dropping it to see if I could just restart. The problem? The quest giver Cyclonas is only in the Maelstrom, and I cannot get back to restart the quest.
Can you please help me with this? And can we please, for the love of all that is unholy, stop the Deathwing event? At least prevent it from hitting essential quest NPCs?

It seems that you are having issues with the quest: “Elemental Bonds: Doubt”, since the NPC is not showing up after abandoning the quest. Let me give you some information about it.
In order to proceed again, you need to talk to Zidormi /way 55.84, 34.90 to be able to see Cyclonas.

Can you tell me which zone Zidormi can be found in for this particular quest? Searching on Wowhead shows several different zones she could be in.
