For some reason, after the patch, I logged in and all my quests were missing and/or deleted. I was mid-way through “In the name of the light” chain quest, which awarded a blue loot item after killing the Scarlet Monastery bosses. I had like 15 quests, and now I have 1 in the quest log!! They’re all deleted!
All the quests are gone!

This happened to me as well. It was Questie v5.7.0 that was the issue, when I disabled it and and relaunched the game all my quests were there.

SOLVED!!
Same thing happened to me. Had just updated to Questie v5.72, disabled addon and reloaded, all quests showed up again, then re-enabled Questie, reloaded, everything still there and back to normal.
