I’m with 205 ilvl and trying to solo Xavius (Mythic), still, every time I get one-shot by him at certain health. I do step at those greens etc. What am I doing wrong?
Once you’re full on the corruption and a buff gets put on you, when that expires you get mind controlled.
If you’re the only one in the raid, it just auto wipes because there’s no one for the boss to target since you’re considered “Friendly”

Kill him faster. I do it on my Rogue no problem. Was doing him at 190 ilvl. Make sure to get the dreaming buff and keep dpsing even when everything goes dark.

Yeah unfortunately you still have to pay super close attention to mechanics while also blowing all of your cooldowns and DPSing as hard as you can, because Blizz didn’t do what they’ve done for all of the rest of the old content when it comes to Legion raids and make them easily soloable two expansions later regardless of your gear/item level.
