I can solo normal mechatorque and I cannot solo the conclave of wind on normal.
I was soloing normal mechatorque quite easily as a brewmaster in shadowlands. Ironically, it got more challenging when DF pre-patch launched and then even a bit harder once I hit 70, but it was still doable as a tank.
Would mythic mechatorque be solo able? Probably not.
The conclave of wind, by its mechanics, requires 3 people even on normal.

You can do a lot of it as a hunter or warlock. But certain fights are just not possible without a few extra bodies.
You can always start a group though, peeps are always looking to do transmog runs.
