How feasible will this be?
As easy as it was then. I used to farm stockades for wool.
Very. Even in my mid 20’s I can solo half of DM/SFK as a Ret Paladin. I’ve helped a ton of people get Verigan’s Fist just by duoing.
What level you can do depends on the gear you got and your class. Mages are great for aoe farming them fast. Rogues can stealth pickpocket/kill bosses/get chests. Warriors will have a slower time but can still do it.
I will be playing a rogue, so this is what I wanted to hear.
I think I remember seeing a video years ago of someone stealthing to SM bosses and farming them for enchanting crystals. I heard about pocketing the arena spectators in BRD as well. Any other specifics?
(Blizzard’s dumb forum resetting the character I wanna post on…)
SM GY was great for farming silk as well. Did it on my 45ish paladin if my memory isn’t completely failing me, which it probably is.
I used to solo farm RFD regularly on a shaman for blues to disenchant for fiery enchants.
I mean… I can almost solo deadmines now.
Yeah pickpocket runs are no joke. RFD/SM is great as one of the first pickpocket places. You can probably do it with some sub talents in early 40 levels to get some gold for mount in a few hours (resist pickpocket is the only issue which you can have issues in lower levels as you can’t easily kill fast, vanish your best friend). No competition so it is fantastic. Note if you are herb you can get some herbs in RFD for extra moolah.
On my mage I could farm all of sm, solo. Except for the last boss in cath.
I did some ZF too.
Pretty easy. Pickpocketing can be even done in brd which is 55+.
