Solo Shuffle Ratings

So I’m new to healing on Paladin and am a little above 1700 rating. It looks like by this point, if you win 3 out of 6, you get rewarded no rating (happened to me twice). Sooo my guess is that if I get only 1 or 2 wins, I will lose rating, and thus to gain rating I will always have to get 4 or more wins? In an imbalanced game like this (I’m looking at you priests and evokers)? XD

Yes?

3-3 isn’t winning, it’s going even.

Assuming you aren’t playing at a higher mmr, and shuffle is quick to adjust.

Yes.

If you take 3 steps forward and 3 steps back, you are right where you started. If you take 2 forward and 4 back, you’re behind where you started. If you want to go forward, you need to take more steps forward than back.

If he’s 1700 there’s a good chance he still gains some MMR for going 3-3 up to like 1800-1900 or so (idk what the current base MMR is right now, maybe even 1950-2k)

It’s really insane how much this gets said here

wrong. it counts as a win.

So true. If I win 1 solo shuffle round I won and should get points too.

If I go 0-6, I should get points because I’ve won before at some point.

Also mom told me I’m a winner.
