Solo Shuffle Rating Cutoff Issue

Hello Blizzard,
Hope you are doing well.

Regarding this last season of Dragonflight, I pushed for the Draconic rank 1 cutoff in Solo Shuffle. Sadly, the last solo shuffle game I played which ended at 10:00pm PST and some additional seconds, I had 5 wins and 1 loss. If this game was concluded just seconds earlier, my ranking would have been reflected as rank 2 overall for demonology warlock. I understand that the end of the season was in fact at 10:00pm PST. However, my game was concluded at Exactly 10:00pm Server Time, with just some additional seconds. Is there any way that my character “Strong-Kil’jaeden” could be analyzed further as part of the qualification process for the Draconic Legend title?

Additionally to support my problem,
I attempted to accept the que for over 30 minutes but people were canceling when the que popped to stop others from gaining rating if they were already in a safe spot. I have video evidence of this happening. Devs can also look at the chat logs and see that someone had declined the que. This was from about 9:15-9:40pm PST. Please see that I worked very hard for this and everything I have done was legitimate. Please see that if it wasn’t for just SECONDS, I would have been just under r1 range, potentially qualifiable for r1 given any disqualifications. My final rating is 3130cr. Thank you for reading and I hope the best for you and your family. Stay blessed and well. I also hope for the best for World of Warcrafts future. I appreciate you! Thank you and looking forward to hearing back with good news about this as it really was just a few seconds after 10:00pm PST that my 5-1 game ended.

Final comment on the case:

Please escalate the issue. Even if I am not qualified for the r1 title, there are still 2 very serious flaws.
One is that people are able to stall the last hour of the season by joining the queue then not joining the game and repeating this behavior for a full hour stalling everyone’s progress. This happened to me and prevented me from climbing. There should be a penalty for not joining the game if the player doesn’t join after the second or third que pop in a time frame of 10 minutes or so.

Second issue is that games that are started before the 10pm season end time should count towards the season final scores. Games that go over the season ending time are invalid to the leaderboard, even if it’s just 20 seconds like in my case. Another reason to support this is because if the game is coming close to the season time, players can throw rounds for small amount of points. For example, if I win 5 rounds in a row I can throw the 6th round and ruin the potential for my 6th round team mates to push rating, all because there’s not enough time to play.

so it did not, in fact, conclude at exactly 10:00 pm server time.

It should’ve been considered an “in season match”.

The match not counting because it was not concluded before the end of season doesn’t sound bugged.

Two issues:

  1. Players are disqualifying others by neglecting to take the solo shuffle que during the last hour. I was griefed for over 30 minutes.
  2. Games started before the end of the season that end after the season is over are not counted.

There’s clearly flaws, but I understand your point.
