I’m a little pissed off.
In Solo shuffle I’ll lose 4 out of 6 games (at 1300-1400) and lose 56 points. If i break even at 3 out of 6 games, i get 0 points. But i just freaking win 4 out of 6 games at 1310 rating and got 1 rating. What the F*** is that blizzard? How, with all the money we’ve given you over 20+ years, can you not have a working system. Arena has been out since TBC.
FIX IT
This is called match making rating it’s been used in videogames for a very, very long time. For reference I have a 4 year old kid and I was fully aware of how mmr worked when I was 15.
A quick Google search would do you wonders but I’ll help you even more.
You’re on such a bad losing streak that the game doesn’t think that 4-2 did anything. If you’re earning low points for wins it’s because your perceived skill level is at your CR or lower.
You need to start winning more than you lose consistently.
Your actual rating moves based on where the MMR determines you should be. If you don’t want to get +1 at 1300 you need to show the game you don’t belong at 1300 by consistently smoking everyone in the lobby
Side note for all the mads, this is why you’re not being held back by boosters because their MMR will sky rocket fast. If you 6-0 your first lobby you’re like 2200 MMR the next game

The problem is that due to the powercreep and the low number of players, the MM is already stopping working effectively in this game mode. We stayed 15 min waiting for a game and when it comes we get teams where a dps does 3x more damage and wins 4-6 games, that is, without any balance with the other players.
You need to take the last 5 or so shuffles into account.
Are you going 50/50? 5 shuffles would be 30 rounds so that’d be 15/15. If you are remotely near this number then the rating changes you experience will be accurate. Your next 30 games you need to be aiming for 18/12 to start SLOWLY climbing. 22/8 and you’ll be moving your rating on up.
Persistence is key but you can’t just go 14 wins and 16 losses and then suddenly have a 4-2 lobby and expect to see any rating changes.
