1800 MMR on my DK and after a 30 minute que instead of having 2 healers on each team there are 2 prot paladins!? The crap is that!? Is this a thing now?

They’re kinda funny games. Usually you can just ignore the prot and whoever your go target is dies in seconds due to lack of real heals.
Haha that prot pally must not know how to play, I was hitting ez 1600 on it. You need the right build for sure tho.

its so cancer as certain specs. every round I’ve played with prot has ended in less than 60 seconds and the winners are always the teams with the best CDs paired with survivability…
I got 2 prot lobbies back to back (with different prots). was just a zerg-fest because they didn’t heal or bop anything.

We are going to look back at this 10 years from now as the wild Wild West where Paladin tanks had their own special pseudo bracket in shuffle.
If you want to talk about something legitimately having an unfair advantage, protection Paladin gets to queue knowing that all of the dps are completely unprepared for the game. The things that work in regular shuffle are completely out the window in prot shuffle, and the only people aware of the fact that they were queueing for prot shuffle are the two prot paladins. Who actually knows what prot spec works best at 2k+ because the bracket is not made around people getting unlucky into prot shuffle. If you already feel like 1500 and 2k regular shuffle feels like the same… 500 and 2500 prot shuffle is still the same.

Yeah I ended up going 2/6 and felt like there were few things i would have done different with my spec. Like more survivability talents. Lost 56 rating. Rip. Lol
