I played one lobby last night. Went 3-3. Should’ve been a 4-2. But a spriest got locked on shadow and got globaled by a demo/fire mage. However, I made the mage pay. I dropped JDAM on him for 3 rounds. There was nothing left of him other than shreds of his Netherwind mog. Alright, alright, alright…

I Healed SS Day 1 for the tier token.
Unless I have a busy week and problems capping for vault, I refuse to play it for a myriad of reasons like this.
With vault going away they better figure out some solid Healer MMR solution or it’s just gonna get worse next expac…
Maybe not S1, but after that it’ll be a trash heap again.

Roll a healer lol
This is a trap.
If you enjoy dps, just play dps and suffer through the wait.
While I learned a lot about what not to do to my healer playing low mmr games it is generally a miserable experience.
I would equate it to making your kid work a retail/fast food job so they have an appreciation for how thankless the job is and how cruel and rude the general populace is to people working those jobs.
In the end if do decide to roll a heal I recommend priest.
You can get one spec to 1400 and then tank the other heal spec and wear greens save all your conquest to mail gear to the class you want to play later in the season.
Doing this also makes you hate the game mode more and then you just stop playing because you are used to near instant queue and waiting 30 min to maybe play a full lobby is almost as soul crushing as healing when you do not enjoy it.

Playing a healer lets you use lfg is all. You can play real arena games and just next people you don’t want to play with

It’s almost as if the mode is populated by dps unable to find a healer that consents to playing with them.
