I read that a fix was in place for pvp gear upgrade via solo shuffle. I completed a solo shuffle series and won all of the matches but my pvp gear will still not upgrade.

Can confirm this is still an issue, I’m at 1801 rating and can’t upgrade the Challenger 1 gear.

Correct. Still can’t upgrade. I saw their blue-post as well. I’m starting to question if they didn’t really fix it yet, and are just saying that to figuratively throw their hands up and pretend they don’t understand why it isn’t working instead of just outright telling us that they dont know how to fix it.
Also still having this problem, 1200 rating and no ability to upgrade gear shows rating, shows vault rewards, but no ability to upgrade.
