Since average wait time are over 2 hours or sometimes 2 days Blizzard and Netflix should offer a Bogo deal,
and integrate Netflix in game where you can be watching a good show and the queue pops in your Netflix browser.

I had an idea of a notification system.
“Hey hero, there’s a lobby formed that needs one more dps/healer and you meet the criteria . Would you like to join?”
So even if you’re not in queue, say you just logged on or just got out of a dungeon or something, you would get this notification if your attendance would finish the lobby
