A spec being in A tier or B is pretty high. Not everything that is strong is S or better. It’s okay to accept a really strong spec and having it in B or A. This is why tiers are so bad overall on WoW. Majority of people just don’t understand them.

Destro is insanely strong for ladder but vs good teams it’s a lot easier to counter than arcane demo boomy if you just download a havoc weakaura.

I like comps where the target is unclear and that causes hesitation from the other team and you have to adapt each round based on their target. Go the more tanky destro with insta damage or go the more squishy feral that doesn’t have to cast as much? Damned if you do damned if you don’t.

Ok well the high mmr was never specified. Tier list should reflect everyone and not just the tippy top of the ladder

its impossible to make a general tier list for every mmr so making it catered to the top of the ladder is usually how theyre done
Naw, you can, it’s just sort of a waste of time to try to make one for every “bracket”, like he’s a comprehensive list of specs and their relative power level at challenger or rival.
Imagine replacing 40 specs like 8 diff times each tuning pass.
