Is there a particular reason why EVERYONE I talk to has SERIOUS problems with Solo Shuffle taking HOURS to queue up for?
Logically, shouldn’t this be a grab bag and 100% easy to get into?
Is there a logistical issue with Blizzard’s servers that make the wait time excruciating?
There are about 200 dps players to 1 healer. But you need 4 dps and 2 healers to make it pop. There is the issue.
I’ve tried to queue as a healer and wound up in a 2 hour long queue. My tank was in it for 5 hours and never got pulled in.
I have the opposite problem. I get instant qeueus, but the gameplay is incredibly unrewarding, playing with DPS that do zero CC or interrupts. Not using a single defensive, etc… I hate solo shuffle.
If there were more healers, you wouldn’t hear as many complaints and it’d be easier to get into.
It’s a player created issue.
You need 2 healers. Just one isn’t going to cut it. And looking at Drustvar, the Solo Shuffle population this season is alarmingly low. Less than 1% of 1% of the total WoW population. Basically completely dead.
No, what you’re seeing is wrong, you just be choosing the wrong option or something
Solosuffle has about 20-40k participants per day, so many spec’s rank1 slots with as many as 15-20 , and the season is not yet midway through, it’s second only to DF S1 in terms of activity
No i am looking at achievements. Only a bit over 9000 accounts have gotten the combatant 1 achivement this season. About twice as many as have killed Mythic Queen Ansurek. A bit over 1 in a thousand accounts, assuming the leaked sub numbers from earlier this year were correct and still holds true.
Edit: hold on, i cannot see when this was updated. So maybe it’s wrong. Could be today or day 1 of TWW S1 for all i know.
But the numbers are atrocious either way. Even if those 40,000 games were played by 240,000 different people (which is absolutely not the case) only about 3% of WoW population would actively participate in Solo Shuffle.
For some context, a bit over 10 years ago (late MoP) PvP’ers outnumbered PvE’ers.
