Why does every other solo shuffle queue never pop? Last one I had was a 13 min wait time, it went to 23+ mins before I re-queued.
It’s annoying cause solo queues for me are 15+ mins. If it goes more than 5 mins over, I usually re-queue.
Is the queue timer broken and should I just leave it till it pops, or is it an issue with the queue system itself?
Ur a ret paladin so ur gonna sit long queues due to there being a lot of ret paladins queueing at the same time.
Queues can regularly be 30+ minutes and dropping queue shouldn’t help. Sometimes you’ll have a short queue because there’s just a bunch of compatible players trying to play at once.
The system just waits to find 2 Holy Pallys to place me with.
Jokes aside, is that really a thing? I thought it was completely randomized (besides MMR).
I’ve been put in lobbies with double Ret before, but it’s only happened once or twice so that’s probably it. Never thought about that. Thanks!

Can still get double or triple of same spec lobbies it just grabs other specs first
like if there’s a destro ret mm and three unh dks it grabs one dk

I quit in Shadowlands S1 before solo shuffle was implemented. Just started playing again last season, really enjoying the mode but obviously was not fully educated on the queue mechanics

Every 2-3 queues I get a quick pop. Only 1 in 10 of those or so actually turn into a game. Would love to know why.

Gets declined due to AFK then somebody else gets grabbed because seems like there’s little priority given to those who were there for original pop
For sure, but it’s just weirdly consistent. The longer the queues, the more likely it fills. The quick ones always seem to be a toss up.
