Will it be possible for us to solo the shadowlands raids on mythic difficulty in TWW? I know there tends to be some issues trying to solo raids that are only 2 expansions old because of mechanics (tried solo’ing mythic argus during shadowlands, didn’t go well)

especially now since they buffed BFA and SL boss HP by almost 3x
before prepatch they were gonna be potential solo for WW but now not so sure

I remember the good old days when it was BFA and my character simply took gear off to avoid one shotting bosses in mythic Hellfire Citadel (from 2 expansions before). Now I don’t even bother if it’s 2 expansions before

thank ion for his current iteration of wow! where in order to solo old raids you need to wait at least 6 years. and with the goal posts he moves every expansion and does the buffs to HP for no reason. 10 years

wait, what the heck?! why are they buffing old content? they’ve never shown care for their old content before, and it was just legacy content people ran for transmogs and possible mounts. so why are they making it so much more difficult? I was really hoping to get the Castle Nathria sets

Same. I would like to be able to solo mythic SL raids at level 80 very, very easily (like it used to be - one shot boss style), hoping they will look into this.

Eh, I just ran in and solo’d everything in Uldir Normal, Mythrax and Ghuun included.
Everything died rather quickly.
Even been doing some Dazar’alor for some mogs, haven’t had any trouble in there. Again, not on Mythic though.

that’s another raid i wanna run cause i want the mythic sets. especially the plate set, cause i want to deck my undead warrior out in bone armor.
Same; did it on my warrior (501 arms) who I’ve barely touched in months and aside from having to run an orb on the Ghuun ledge there wasn’t anything that required my brain to have textures.

Yep, I worked on Legion items during DF and will work on BFA during TWW.
I remember an interview with ion saying any expansion that is two expansion old should be soloable.
Hopefully they keep to that!!
Being level 80 and geared up should make a huge difference.

nylotha is the biggest one that offends\
as an example, prior to preptach the bosses melted in a 5 man. vexiona didnt even hit second phase. then 5 man after prepatch it felt like doing it solo and we hit second phase

on beta in max elite gear in nylotha i was doing the damage to wrathion for example, that i did prior to prepatch. the gear and levels dont matter anymore. u get the power you lost in prepatch back. gotta wait for end of war within at least to melt

wait wait wait, they’re doing ANOTHER level squish? This is starting to get frustrating. I’ve missed having level 100+ characters since they did the first one, and now that we’re getting close to it again, they plan to do ANOTHER squish!?

That is worrisome, I can’t imagine what reason there is to keep it challenging. It’s old content, there is nothing to benefit from beyond achievements and collection.
