Seems like i have 15 minute plus every day and i play during peak evening times. During the pre patch we had short ques what gives ? This is about the only way for me to get any kind of ratings and make progress on the mount Can any thing be done or is being done to fix / manage this?
peak hours for pvpers is 3am est.
if you aint queuing that time, then you aint queuing peak hours
not enough healers.
I was under the impression that solo shuffle didn’t count toward the mount. Is that not the case?
It definitely does
yea it counts once u are above 1 k in ratings its how i got last seasons mount.
Should they just do all dps games if no heals or tanks are in ques ?
It has since implementation, or shortly after.
if ur just after mount roll a healer ez fix
They should just have DPS only solo shuffles as an option. Would actually be fun too. Leech gives enough heal to make the matches not instantly over.
Why is it the only way to get rating? 2v2, 3v3 are almost instant queue, and RBGs are about 1-5 minute queue.
If you refuse to do the above you’ll have to roll a healer for solo shuffle. Queues are so short I barely lift my finger from the queue button and it pops.
If you’re unwilling to do any of that, then I suggest doing PVE content while you wait. You can work on crafting, gathering, questing or farming rep.
You can go leatherworking/skinning to craft the epic pvp items. One of them is core because of the 5% stun time reduction
I’d take even longer ques at this point, if they’d stop putting someone with a significantly less amount of rating into the ques i do get.
Just qued 1900 mmr SS with an rsham that had 800cr, pve weapons, and blew all his cd every game almost immediately. Went 3-3 got no rating. He went 1-5 got rating.
I can honestly say I’d rather wait longer, than que with stuff like that.
From what I can tell placements generally have people in a lobby of other people also in placements, so everybody is 1500 mmr, and they move up or down heavily based on how they do initially.
Well, yeah, because if you’re 800 rated in 3s, lose 5 then win 1 you’ll also go up. You need a super bricked mmr to lose points at that rating.
His MMR is likely in freefall, though, and he’ll be in a 1500-1600 lobby now.
It’d help if they balanced healers. I’m rerolling prevoker right now and then I’ll start queuing again. I’m not going to sit around and wait for buffs when I can just reroll real quick
I play a hunter and just play dps for 16 years i dont want to play a heals.
I have some what reduced motor skills so im not going to drag a 2nd or 3rd person down in arenas. Had a group of friends that ran rbgs for about 5 years but they dont play any more so i stumble though the pug / yolo rbgs every season and unless you are a higher end player most regular teams dont want to pick up a lower tier player as a regular
As for doing other stuff while in que i have over 2 k days played in game im pretty good on finding things to do
I just would like some faster ques dont have all day to get in games and im not really worried about ratings i like the solo shuffle game just like to get in it more often
Oh I see. Well unfortunately the way it is now the queues will be long, because playing healer isn’t fun for most people in shuffle.
Healers are getting buffed next patch so maybe they will play more.
There’s not much blizzard can do. It’s a player created issue.
The solution is easy, if they would dial the dps back from ludicrous ungabunga melee craft setting, and stop nerfing healers, more would q rather than reroll to their ungabunga alts.
People who keep saying it’s a healer shortage are just misinformed.
They set it up to never see 2 of the same specs in solo shuffle.
I have literally never ever in 200+ games played seen another SP.
On top of whatever mmr stuff they got going behind the scenes.
Que times are really long for anything below 1500 rating. Once you climb past it , que times are about 15 mins each.
Roll a healer we need more
Ur a cute Orc
I’m 1707, and at the time of this post have been in queue for 19 minutes.
