Solo Que: Demo/Spriest only Viable casters

Good luck mate I believe in you! <3 it looks like a super fun build, that can actually do damage without too much casting, which is new for destro haha

Elemental is mostly fine imo, theres nothing wrong with glass cannon specs and shaman has more often than not been a train target. The only change i personally think they need is astral shift while stunned.

I was informed I’m just bad and shouldn’t blame healers for getting perma zugzuged in RSS. It’s our fault our melee partners tunnel enemy healers while 2 melee PVE us into the dirt while our healers are auto attacking with their staves in melee range with us getting cleaved.

Once again, talking solo shuffle. It’s great in constructed.

Elemental is great in shuffle.

Compared to melee, Demo, and Spriest? Definitely not great.

It can win with a great player, that’s for sure.

Im aware, ele shaman is great period. As long as you have a caster with the ability to almost global people entirely entirely through instant cast, its not going to be a bad spec. Destro is a bad spec. Fire mage is a bad spec, Ele shaman is mid at worst which is what we want specs to be.

put back on the glasses

Which melee? It seems to be outperforming a few like Ret, Warrior, Enhancement, etc.

In a few days. :santa:

Destro is actually great. People rather play Demo because it’s completely busted.

I bet it’s fantastic once you get over the 1500-1750 hump. It’s kinda a 1v3 at lower rating for casters. No one peels, your healers are unreliable, so unless you get a lucky streak of competent alts or something to get you over the hump to more awareness based players it’s pretty rough.

Outperforming statistically? There’s higher rated Arms Warriors. Overall? There’s more Warriors over 2100 last I checked.

Ret and Enhance seem like they’re not being played in general so it’s hard to gauge them.

They’re definitely better than Survival Hunter’s.

They’re definitely doing better than I thought. That’s my bad. I guess as Demo I’m not seeing them do well around 2100. I’ve also been stuck here since season started so I’m probably wrong. That’s why I said I’m not great lol I’m wrong a lot.

Hmm?

Elemental shaman at that MMR aren’t making use of a fraction of their control and aren’t positioning well so it’s really not as out of their hands as they often think it is.

Agreed!

This isn’t pointed at you but a lot of people complain here about their spec with having less than 100 rounds of solo shuffle. They probably don’t even know their class good enough to realize what their utility is lol

Also there isn’t really a hump before 2200. You’re either better than everyone at 1700 or you belong there.

Theres no way on earth you are using representation to make an arguement about spec strength. No way. You cant use it only when it supports your argument. Thats not how it works.

You spent all of shadowlands tapping your dumb signs about how representation has no bearing on strength but now you suddentl 180? Get real.

Hm? I’m just going off what I’m seeing. The spec feels really good when in the hands of a semi-competent player.

What a load of bologna.

All the time when fury is #1 top representation "furys not op representation doesnt matter. Sure there are 10x as many fury warriors as elemental shamans but that means nothing! "

Now its “wow theress more elemental shamans than fury? It can only mean elemental is the stronger spec”

Games. In-game. Fire in general seems bad. Unholy seems good, etc.

Hahaha it’s actually hilarious because I’ve seen so many trash SL Glad Warriors struggling to break 1800 now that they’re not the most busted classes in the game.
