Can we please just implement warbands as solo dungeon companions? The literal only way to get gear being deal with a buncha sweats that are going to whine and cry and every damn death. The game is 20 years old now, a good half of the community is downright toxic and I’m sick to death of dealing with it.
If you’re going to do absolutely nothing to deal with the toxic sweaty losers playing this game, Atleast let me progress somewhat without dealing with them.
they are thinking about it like with all good ideas
though it may take years before it happens
If you are sick of toxic players wait until wowop io becomes the norm for running mythics at all key levels! It will be a hoot!
We still doomsaying over an addon that pulls its data from WarcraftLogs?
This sounds like same screeching we heard when WoW implemented their own scoring system and the same when RaiderIO was a thing and when GearScore was a thing.
Wish add-ons would be gone already. Somebody from Blizzard care to tell me why 20 years into the life of a game, I need several third party add-ons to remain at all competitive? Generally with online games using any kind of “third party software” to gain an advantage isn’t just frown upon, it’s first offence bannable.
Not including the “illegal” add-ons for bg queue linking and such… That doesn’t seem to be getting fixed, and probably won’t be.
Thinking about it, its not even a surprise this game is dying.
When people spend 1/2-3/4 of my playtime sitting in a city applying to groups, with a 50% chance that a single wipe will break the group? Those people find other things to do.
I dunno if it’ll work as those dungeon bots remain away in range to avoid the dozens of melee mechanics. I was thinking about it too before I noticed how they operate.
This post is more “toxic” than anything I have experienced in m+ in the last 2-3 years.
Thats just the norm with random grouping, if you want less flippant team members leaving at the first death, a guild is the only way.
Well if you can play better by your self you would not need an add on to be competitive
I don’t work at Blizzard, but I can cover this very basic concept: You don’t.
Not when that is software that is explicitly allowed though.
Glad no one at Blizzard listens to this kind of stuff.
