I just did them with a buddy fury warrior and frost mage and we did a few 8s. Not too bad.
Yes some of melee hits are too strong and yes you have to learn how to kite. They could use tweaking but its not a bad system.
And getting champion gear with a bountiful delve for jumping into something with no wait that takes 15 min is not too shabby week one of a season.
