Well, there is this to keep in mind:

So it sounds like they retuned it to make sure we’re above those minimums.

Just ran a couple this does not seem true. Still a cakewalk as tank solo. Will try DPS solo on 9s but should not be a problem as never even broke a sweat on tank. Might need to move a bit more as dps/healer though.
Skill issue likely.
I haven’t been recording, but go into every pull thinking about damage minimization.
- Most mobs aren’t linked, so mind soothe to skip the pack or to reduce aggro enough for you to pull exactly who you want.
- Fade threat to Brann cause screw that guy.
- Psychic scream every pack of more than one mob with Petrifying horror, especially if that pull has a caster. Same comment but for mind control where possible.
- Obviously shield and renew pre pull
Really with every class the goal should be to take mobs 1 on 1 as often as possible.

So I’m just curious, what is the advantage of doing higher tier delves? Is it just the gear? And if so, is there gear you get from delves that you can’t get from Heroic or M0?
7 and up gives you Champion gear.
T8 delves award 613 gear in your vault, if bountiful they drop 603 with a chance for a map that gives you 610.
All of which are better than m0. You have a limited amount of keys to get this loot though.
tier 8 is the highest reward atm (606iirc). besides the delve maps wich giver 610 i believe at t8
they’re also geared from well outside delves and are not where the target demographic should be in Week 1 of the season, this feedback is not helpful for the average delve player at all.
I would absolutely love to see the reaction if solo delve players could affect the tuning on M+ or Mythic raiding the way that delves are being left in the wake of those players smashing through them this week.

i tried the sinkhole there you HAVE to kill 5 necromancers, wich you can’t cc besides silence, problem is they spam cam necrobolt or something, that was hitting me for 1.2m i even got a crit for 2m+. spriest silence last 4 sec on a 45 cd. those guys are like minibosses so they have a lot of hp. the thing is i did the exact same one on another toon prerestart and those guys weren’t hitting that hard, about 700 or so per cast. almost the same ilvl, my priest has even more versatility. same brann setup
People are complaining about tier 8. Couldn’t they just drop down to 7?
Also, can you get that same champion gear from Heroics or M0?
I’m not complaining, just trying to understand the issue.

The real question is will M+ be harder or easier than T8+ Delve runs?

As season progresses highest delves will award full mythic tier gear.

And then the forums and every blizzard fan site all get set on fire and mass logoff protests occur. Everyone mass exoduses back to FFXIV Dawntrail and leaves Blizzard speechless.
8 gives you the next upgrade so you get 2/8 upgraded gear not just 1/8.
But sure dropping down might help, but to me I see little change in a 7 to an 8, but as a Prot Pally I have a leg up with this content so who knows?
I think M0 drops 593, so Delves are better in that regard with 600+.

this is for bountiful delves, not normal ones, you need a key to open the fianl chest. you have limit attemps per week. since you can only get 4 keys per week. t8 bountiful delves gives you 603 ilvl which is the maximum for delves, 3/8 champion track. t7 would give you 597 1/8 champion.
They felt fine to me? If anything they were easier.
Decided to test out Delves again even though I’m done with keys to see if anything is different.
T8 on Fury Warr, Ret Pally, Frost Mage and Guardian Druid all feel the same as they did yesterday and the days prior. (Bear in mind, none of these toons are over ilvl600. Fury is sitting the lowest at 584, because meme repeat drops)
