I have now looted over 35 solid chests in lvl 30+ zones and have yet to get any green items out of them. Back in the original version you would get a green item over 90% of the time
There are greens in the chest, I’ve looted around 20 chests alone last night in my play session and got several greens. Someone is just only taking the green and leaving the vendor trash.
