The dust settled as there were rumors of peace between the Horde and the Alliance. For some however, rage, and old enmities stirred. Peace? Who needs peace? Margluk looked down into the ravine at the Alliance camp with all their tents up as they were passing through. Margluk spit on the ground as hefted his greataxe in his hands. He looked over his shoulders at all the orcs that were shamed. He raised his axe with one hand, with the head held high in the air and pounded on his chest with the other. Margluk mounted his dire wolf swinging atop it with one fluid motion as he shouted, “FOR THE HORDE!”
Captain Gavroth was just following his orders. There had been reports of orcs terrorizing the citizens and harassing the nearby villages and towns. Gavroth lost his parents in the third war from a Horde Warband. Captain Gavroth was full of enmity and any chance he had to kill greenskins he took it. Its been said in hushed rumors that when Gavroth took prisoners, he tortured them and relished with delight. This is nothing but a rumor… right?
Captain Gavroth rushed from his tent as the bells continued to ring out. “to arms!” “to arms!” They gathered their steel, their spells, and called upon the Holy Light. Gavroth and Margluk locked eyes upon one another. Margluk swung off from his horse landing squarely on his feet. Margluk’s eyes still upon the Captain narrowed to a squint billowing with rage. The gaze returned, Captain Gavroth clenched his jaw that turned into a smirk. Men who were in hiding took to the battlefield evening the odds; a trap now sprung. “For the alliance!” Gavroth shouted as both man and orc embraced in a dance of steel.
I started a server for the community called Soldiers of Azeroth. I will say this first that I understand why people would view this apprehensively given past events. I have felt that too. This is a round table atmosphere. Every voice matters. Yes everyone. I also want to let this be place where people can come and have a second chance. Everyone screws up in life. They make mistakes that they can’t take back and they have regrets.
I don’t care what you’ve done or even if you don’t like me. It’s a place where everyone is equal. I’m shelving my ego for this because I want to help as much as I can. I’ve given moderation privileges to all guild leaders. Also something that you all should know if you do not. Discord now polices servers. If you do something that goes against their TOS they will ban you, ban all your accounts, and ban your IP. Basically they are pulling a Blizzard.
That being said, I hope this will become special. Also if you can think of anything that you would like to see please let me and/or the guilder that you spoke to know. I hope to see you there and I hope this may lead to more organized RP PvP.
