I have finished all quests according to wow head for this achievement to be earned. The only one i cant get is the [The Final Atonement] part. I seem to be missing the quest to do the dungeon however the quest for it is no where to be found.

i have the exact same problem, did all the quest chain for this and didnt got it … rip shadowlands loremaster on launch day
I’m having this same issue. The quest “Our Forgotten Purpose” is not marked as completed even though I have completed since and all the other quests that are part of this line are complete
Also having this issue. It appears there’s currently no way to get the “Halls of Atonement: Your Absolution” quest that seems to be required for the last part of the achievement. Comments on Wowhead were stating that it’s a unique issue to Venthyr Covenant characters but I can’t confirm. I wonder if the “Halls of Atonement: Medallion of Pride” quest is interfering?
I did this questline yesterday with 0 issues as a Night Fae if that helps confirm it might be a venthyr problem.

It is bugged. I made my own bug report on the forums too. I put in a ticket as well to point it out to whoever will read it.

Has anyone tried to get someone else to share the quest?
I have and it doesn’t work if youre Venthyr. Been waiting for this to get fixed so I can get Loremaster.

Same issue here as well… I am also Venthyr. Quite frustrating when you can’t get your achievement.
