Hello, it looks like I’ve completed this achievement but it is not unlocking. Tried logging out and back in and it still doesn’t unlock. Thanks.

Same here! The achievement tracking of Sojourner of Hallowfall shows all tasks completed, including Memories of the Sky, but isn’t awarding the achievement. Have submitted it as a bug report through the game client.
I’m assuming memories of the sky shouldn’t be marked off yet, as it is gated by weekly quests, of which I have only done 1 (Time Lost).
Oddly enough your armory shows this as completed on 8/27, what is not showing in game?
Can’t post a screenshot, but the achievement is not unlocked even though it’s showing all of the requirements checked off in green.
Exactly the same for me, all tasks ticked off as green, but the achievement remains grey/unawarded.

I made a ticket and they said it is a known bug that’s being worked on.

File a bug report if you haven’t already. Having more examples should help in finding a resolution.
