Any idea why the soil wouldn’t be showing up for me?

Same. I did the quest, then got another seed from one of the WQ chests. There is nowhere to plant it.
Same problem here. Perhaps it’s something that is on a daily cooldown?
It must have been the phase I was in, and couldn’t get out of, i went back later and the soil worked just fine

Same here. I planted the seed, fed the Carnivorus Lasher flys, Killed the Carnivorus Lasher, Did not get the rank 2 recipe, got another Germinating Seed, went back to original area in Coral Grove but there is no fertile soil to plant the seed to start this horrible process all over again. Not fun.
I keep getting Germinating Seeds, but no soil to plant. I keep going back to the spot but nothing. I have deleted the Germinating Seeds many times, I guess I will try unlearning herbalist and try retraining it.
I also have the seed and no soil has appeared. I’ve gone back often even killed the little lashes and still nothing. Really annoying, needs to be fixed asap.
So right after I posted this, someone else did the soil and the laser appeared…wth lol. I did finally get rank 2. Hope it doesn’t take as long for rank 3.
The soil is like a rare spawn and will appear every now and then, it is not a technical issue.
