Please let us use the Soft Foam Sword in raids. It’s impossible to not one shot XT at level 60. The damage bonus is just ginormous.

It makes you tiny and reduces damage for fights you might be over geared or leveled for. Read the comments. Some actions do cancel it.

Only if the raid isn’t super-old; naked with rez sickness is still too much damage output for the really old stuff.

I suggest locking a character at a level where you don’t one-shot the boss but still can solo it, not really a perfect solution but it is a good option for now.
I think 40 or 45 should do it, but you might want to try at 35 and see if you can solo it there first.
Yeah but what super old stuff requires that much control of dps? Ulduar comes to mind for some achievements but if u just auto attack it’s not that much
A LOT. All those quests where you have to weaken an enemy then use an item on them. Some boss fights, etc. Esp if you want Achievements too.
Case in point, I am trying to finish little achievements like Gotta Katchum all. You use a tablet to smash snails in a dungeon from Legion. Well one is on the ceiling and you have to get it down. Any max level auto attack ranged tends to insta kill them. You have to uses a toy like the Fruit Basket to get around it.
I just did glory on a max lvl toon recently and didn’t have issues with that achievement.
But I understand what you’re saying… I’ve always used body shrinker and never had issues with those types of achievements
Excellent. I don’t have it yet and found out about it looking up ways to do those old achievements and quests. So SHRINK your body is all the rage for things!
You can always dismount mid-air>kill your character>take rez sickness>get naked>and then slap the raid boss.
Perhaps, deequip your weapon, and just punch the boss on auto attack?
