Since Phase 4 began, I am having a recurring issue where I get whispers from people that are not on my RealID list, in the RealID color, and with no name attached. It happens frequently and with many different people, to the point where I cannot receive whispers from a large portion of my fellow guildies. As the guild leader, this makes many things much more difficult…
Steps to reproduce:

Log into SoD.

Receive a whisper from someone not on your RealID friend’s list.

Observe the received whisper to be in blue text with no name attached, it simply says “whispers you: blah blah blah”
