SOD will suffer... but not as much as the haters think

I am willing to bet that if SOD loses some players to fresh it wont be enough to kill it. There are so many people raid logging. Whats not to prevent them from continuing to raid log? You dont need thousands of gold for consumables. Leveling and gearing alts is better than its ever been.

All blizzard has to do is continue to support SOD with little things like this new Blood Moon stuff. Many, many people are happy with SOD.

As long as SOD keeps me busy till TBC pre-patch. I’ll be happy. =)

odds are people who have kinda more or less checked out of sod will finally pull the trigger the rest of the way… which I imagine won’t be super noticeable unless it’s raid loggers doing it. Mostly I expect raid loggers to just play both versions of the game though. If sod is your thing, I imagine it’d be pretty hard to go back to the original mode. The devs really did do SoD a disservice with their presentation thing though, and murdered a lot of the hope for the future.
