Shield Mastery reduces disarm duration by 50% - this is pointless in Classic. Weapon chains make you immune to disarm. Still want a weapon chain, even with this rune. It should be buffed to disarm immunity.

Commanding Shout does not benefit from the Booming Voice talent (increases duration and area of effect by 50%) - it probably should!

Charge/Intercept speed being affected by slows is accurate to Classic… but it is causing many issues in SoD. I just had an Atal’arion kill where I was unable to play my character for ~30 seconds because I happened to press Intercept while under the effect of one of his knock backs. I was moving at an extremely slow speed and could not play again until my intercept came back up and I could charge him again.
