Online the Mark of Chaos rune is listed as 75 magic resist and 11% spell damage. In-game the rune reads 34 magic resist and 4% spell damage, which is actually worse than our standard curses. Not sure if this is a tooltip bug or it’s been nerfed, but if it’s actually 4% it’s functionally useless.
