There are 5 types of content that the SoD team has not yet put into the game.
New races.
New classes.
New specs.
New zones.
New Battlegrounds.
They’ve said they can’t mess with the talent tree. But can they do the rest? Other private servers seem to be able to do it, so idk what excuse blizzard would have.
They’ve made:
New quests.
New items.
New world PvP.
New dungeons.
New Raids.
new spells/abilities.
But without the other 5 I fear classic+ will fall short. Will we ever see them?
Classic+ will be a joke seeing how sod has been lately.

New specs. - not entirely true, rogue tanks, mage healers, lock tanks being examples
New zones. - reused scarlet zone coming next phase
New Battlegrounds. - does open world count, because stv, and ashenvale as well as the BRM pvp events could count as that
I doubt you will ever see new races or classes in Classic anything.
P8 has hinted at Hyjal questlines so there may be new/revamped zone coming. I do hope for a new Battleground since WSG is mostly dead and AV is a joke now.
They absolutely can adjust talents.

So you want classic+ to just be the exact same as era…makes sense dude.
Personally I was shocked they still haven’t found a way to introduce any of the races from any expansion, heck I’d love even love TBC races in SoD.
Don’t get me wrong I love the original 8 races, but just wish at times we got more choices.
