Bug: Rogue Fan of Knives does not proc Deadly Brew poisons from offhand weapon on Season of Discovery

Reproduction:

  1. Equip a chest with Deadly Brew rune
  2. Equip a back with Fan of Knives rune
  3. Equip a mainhand and offhand weapon
  4. Cast Fan of Knives on an enemy

Expected Result: Fan of Knives should proc Instant and Deadly or Occult poisons from the offhand weapon hits when Deadly Brew is equipped

Actual Result: Fan of Knives does not proc Deadly Brew poisons from the offhand weapon hits
