have had multiple guildies report this bug, none of them have done incursions or anything other than dungeons with guidies. Game is not working properly its not a silence
and everyone had the same chance to hit the exploit up. Your schedule, is your issue.

signed out for 13-14 hours and didnt help problem persists. sent bug report post log out
maybe as another method for the fix - try loggin out of all battenet related accounts - phone, websites, etc, battletnet > security > log out all devices - hopefully it fixes soon for all with the issue.

If you argue from that perspective I think way more were harmed than unharmed - the majority did not get the same rewards. Tweaking the rewards after is, by this logic, a harm done to the majority.
It harms no one to roll back the values - anyone who thinks they earned something more or deserve something more just because a glitch went in their favor; that sounds like a deeper issue.

Ive just received this response to my ticket. I have just tried to log out for over 12 hours to no avail but this does seem to make some sense but i do think 30 days is allottt of time to be able to use features like the AH.

Sorry to hear that you’ve been having some difficulties using the Auction House, Trading with your friends, or sending mail. This error can occur for the following reasons:
- The character is self found
- The character is on a seasonal realm and has not yet consumed 30 days of game time since 2017
If your character is not self found and your account has consumed 30 days of game time, you should be able to work around this by logging out from wow for a minimum of 12 hours.

I’ve been going through this since Friday night. Not able to make any trades, can’t buy or sell on AH and can’t send mail. Every ticket I’ve opened has had a different, yet equally invalid response. The last one was very similar that stated they were sorry for the hiccup and to logout for 12 hours.
I feel like at this point they’re just trying to delay people and know that it’s not going to fix anything, but it’s absurd that their response to a game breaking bug is “just don’t play the game”…
